Shipping

After we receive the order, it will be sent out within 1 to 2 working days (Sunday, typhoon signal No. 8 or above, and public holidays need to be extended by one to two days), We will check and tune your kalimba for you before sending it out to ensure you can play it right away after receiving it.

We deliver the goods by SF Express. Customers need to accurately fill in their name, phone number, email address and delivery location. After we receive your order, we will send a confirmation email. You can check the waybill number in the mail box provided to track your the flow of goods. Under normal circumstances, customers place an order before 2 pm every day, and you will receive your kalimba the day after placing the order at the earliest. (Sunday, Typhoon Signal No. 8 or above and public holidays need to be extended by one to two days)

If otherwise specified, all freight must be paid by the customer. Hong Kong local freight is generally at least HKD 30 (according to SF Express policy)
